Share Your Holidays to Eliminate Hunger
In southern Wisconsin, more than 100,000 people are at risk. Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin is there to help. This holiday season join A Helping Hand & NBC 15 to Share Your Holidays to eliminate hunger.
Here’s How You Can Partner with A Helping Hand and help “Feed A Family”:
The “Feed A Family” Food/ Fund Drive runs from Nov. 24th-Dec. 10th.
- Fill a grocery bag with non-perishable food. Stop by our office to drop off food. Office hours are 9am-5pm: 598 Grand Canyon Dr, Madison WI, 53719. (google maps) (mapquest)
- We will gather the food at our office until Dec. 10th and deliver it to the Alliant Energy Center.
- $1 provides 7 meals; If you prefer to give money, please make your check payable to “Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin.” A charitable receipt will be available upon request.
- Get a friend, co-worker, or family member to help you.
