Here’s how it works: If we happen to miss an area in your home and are not 100% satisfied simply call us by 11am the next business day and we will re-clean it for FREE. If you are still not fully satisfied after we re-clean your home we will refund cleaning fee and donate the same amount to a charity of your choice.
We want you to know up front that we are committed to giving you a quality cleaning each and every time.

There is desire to belong inside each one us. That feeling is channeled in many different directions in life. For many of us, we have our favorite sports team we follow, for others it’s our place of worship, and in business it’s the association.
We recently have joined with ARCSI, the Association Residential Cleaning Professional Services International. ARCSI is a deep well of knowledge for any and all professional housecleaning business owners. The association is a member-driven assoc. and many of its members are seasoned veterans.
A Helping Hand has been an active member since being a member last fall. We recently were awarded a 2007 Professional Image Award for Best Logo.
